JubiLite (Commercial Release)

JubiLite is a project I and a small group of collaborators have been working on for a few months. This game will be released to mobile marketplaces in November 2022. I am the lead developer for this project. I am responsible for setting and maintaining development goals. This includes assigning tasks and coordinating with the art team to make sure the integration of assets and systems is as smooth as possible. I have also been responsible for creating tools and systems to aid with the development of levels through custom editors and other large-scale systems. As well as tools like the heat map to give players an idea of where an enemy is going to move to before they do. I also worked extensively with the art team to implement assets and our shaders properly. I have really enjoyed the unique challenges that come from developing with a small team and bringing this game to market.

100 Days of Art

My art on Day 1 vs. My art on Day 100
Highlight reel of my favorite daily arts.

I decided that I wanted to try out the more artistic side of unity. Every day for 106 days I created a unique and original short video piece using unity. I continually got faster and better at rapidly prototyping and setting up the scene. I often would use tools such as particle systems, VFX Graph, and post-processing effects to achieve my vision. I am super proud of these and I learned a lot from this experience from managing a social media platform to learning to stop and have good enough be enough.

Space

Space was made by me and a team of five people, and was created over 48hrs for the GMTK game jam. I worked on taking in the player’s input and logging keys as well as launching the letters at asteroids. I was responsible for the systems that managed what keys asteroids got and the tutorial system. I also created the post-processing effect that pixelates the screen and other visual effects/particle systems. Overall I am super proud of our team and what we managed to accomplish in 48 hours.

Windows Breakout & Audio Line Rider

Windows Breakout and Audio Line Rider are games made for an experimental games class where we had two weeks to develop a unique concept and game. Windows Breakout uses Dll Imports and the notepad application to recreate the classic Atari game Breakout. I am really proud of this little experiment I think is it a unique game being rendered above the normal desktop. It also allowed me to create a Unity wallpaper engine to allow me to create my own wallpapers for my computer. Audio Line Riders is another game in a similar vane. In this game, you use your microphone audio volume to move the track up and down.
